Patrick,
I will have to talk with my bosses to make sure I can install this and give
it a try, thank you for your assistance.
TP,
The only difference between her and the rest of the users is she works from
home or other locations. We have created her a new profile and a new sign on
for the program she accesses. I am working with the programs creators and
they are at a loss just like me :)

Hi,.
It appears that an application on your system uses the
SmartHeap memory management library. You should
work with the application developer to solve this
issue. They *may* give you a debug version of their
software so that the exact cause can be determined.
Besides working with the developer, here are some
suggestions:
- Determine and list the things that are unique about
this particular user and her behavior/actions in the
software. In other words, what are the things that
set her apart from the other users. For example:
- She has a different windows profile and user
account. Have you tried creating a new account
and profile for her?
- Most likely she has unique program settings and
configuration data related to this application. These
could be stored in her profile, registry, or other
shared location. Have you tried deleting, resetting,
etc. this data?
- Related to the last point, if she has a user account
within this application, have you tried creating a new
one for her?

Good evening,
I need a little help. I have 1 user who uses a program that we host
in a Citrix environment and she constantly receives the error message:
SmartHeap Library
Out of memory. Please free some memory, then choose retry. And has
the options to abort, retry or cancel.
There are more people that use the same application but no one else
has ever received this error. There isn't alot of information on the
web about this either.
The only difference between this user and the rest of the users that
use this application is she works mainly from home or other
locations, but that should not have an effect.
When she receives this error there is at least 2 GB of free memory,
so its not like all memory is used up. I am working with tech support
from the creators of the program and they dont even know what this
error is caused by. Any help would be greatly appriciated and if you
need me to supply any more information, just let me know and I will
be gald to supply you with any information that I can.
