Andrew, if you have a line starting with "-- " in your reply,

Now to the topic of the thread.
Is your problem solved now, by hardcoding the LS into the
registry of the server?
Domain or Enterprise LS shouldn't matter, since your TS is
running on the same server as the TS Licensing Server, and is
thus located in both the same domain and the same site.
I'm not 100% sure if the Remote registry service must be
running when all roles are installed on the same server, but
normally: yes.

If this doesn't solve your problem, go through the complete
checklist here:

The terminal server cannot locate the license server

And some more questions:
1)i have a License Server role-Domain License
Server.Is it true?May be it must-Enterprise License
Server as My TS running on DC?
2)Must i start Remote registry service on TS?

To addition-Vera my Ts is the same Pc that DC and this is the
same domain too.
Vera-thank a lot for your replies. This morning i have done it
(hardcoding the LS into the registry of the server-kb 279561)
and reboot my DC. After rebooting in eventViever->systemlog, i
have seen-Terminal License Server is started.Well,i go to
command line and type tsctst.exe and.....recieve "The client
does not have a license".It is normally? The Remote registry
service is still stopping.I dont like idea runinng that
service.

Andrew, could you please start your reply on a new blank line? You
always add them directly under the previous post, on a line already
starting with ">", which means that your new reply is considered to
be a part of the original post, and my newsreader skips them. And
it's impossible to see afterwards which text belongs to which post.

Now back to the topic:

Does the server still log EventID 1009?
On which machine did you run tsctst.exe?
