On the server, check if there is a time-out setting configured on
disconnected sessions.
On the client, check that the option "Reconnect if connection is
dropped" is enabled (under Options - Experience).

Hi.
I have a problem with a Windows 2003 Terminal Services Server!
My users are located in a branch office, using TS for all
applications - They are connected via VPN to our network. When
they have a communication error all session are logged off! How
do I keep these sessions open so they can logon again, when
communication is runnÃng again?
