ThinPrint duplex print

Since ThinPrint's own forum is dead (it seams), I post this here, as it
has relevance to terminal services.

Terminal Server: Win2k3x64 Citrix PS4.0 farm with ThinPrint .print 6.5
application server engine x64.
Print Server: Win2k3(32-bit) with .print 7.0 server engine.

Printers are not client connected, they are mapped directly from print
server to terminal server (citrix) session.

On print server there exists 2 printer objects for each phsyical
printer; 1 using TPOG and the TP-port, and 1 using native print driver
and TCP/IP-port. Users map the TPOG-printer object when they log on.
The TPOG-object on the print server is "mapped" to the TCP/IP-printer
with the command:
rundll32 TPPrnUI.dll, TPSetOption_RUNDLL
"\\printserver\TPOGprintername" DFNP "\\printserver\TCPIPprintername"
so the TPOG-printer pipes the print job to the native driver-printer.

This works, tray selection works fine etc.

Duplexing, however, never works. Anyone knows how to make duplex
printing work in this scenario? Or where to look for solutions? I have
read the documentation, and the PDF about making adjustments to the
TPOG-driver, it only covers paper trays and formats...
