Do MSDN subscriptions include CALs for Terminal Services?
Yes. To install client access licenses (CALs), please follow these
instructions.

If you are a Microsoft Certified Partner, you can only install the
TS CALs by phoning the Clearinghouse (i.e. use the Telephone method
when activating the TS Licensing Server).

How can I get evaluation licenses for Terminal Server utilizing
my TechNet Plus subscription?

Since the software provided via this subscription is not
time-limited, I'd like to get some (10?) test licesnses for
Terminal Server also for long-term testing Citrix systems.
