Here are some things to check:
1. Check the event log for any events from TS printing
2. Check if rdpdr device driver is installed and running
3. Check if the spooler is enabled and running
4. Check tscc configuration to see if printer mapping is enabled
5. Check that the TS client setting has Printer redirection enabled
6. Check if the drivers for the client printer are available on the win2k server

I have a windows 2000 terminal server that I had to uninstall and reinstall terminal server and terminal server licensing for reasons I will not get into. After doing this everyone who had had trouble logging on can now log on but they cannot print. It use to add a ' TSC### ' port when they logged on with the client's local printer attached to that port. Then they could print to that terminal server port. It does not add those ports anymore and therefore the clients cannot print. I do not know if "enable bidirectional support" needs to be checked but I cannot check it on any printers installed, local or otherwise, as it is greyed out on all printers.
Any assistance on this would be much appreciated. I have looked through these posts and online for several hours now and I cannot come up with anything.
Regards,
Matt
