Good Day,

We're running windows 2003 terminal server. We have roughly 50 users. 2 or 3
of them say outlook will not download new messages if they do not click on
send and receive button. The rest don't have a issue. I've even tried
"schedule an automatic send and receive every 5 mins" and that doesn't work.

Anybody seen this before?

Any help would be appreciated.
