Hello Group,

Thanks for taking time to read this discussion thread. I have a
Terminal Services deployment in a DELL server with Windows Server 2003
Standard R2 Edition. We have 4 users entering the session remotely
each users has only access to the application that they are running on
this server, immediately when they login they get the Peachtree
application.

The situation that we are confronting is that one user is getting a
grey screen after the initial Microsoft session login. A sample
situation is the following:

User opens an RDP session with the IP address, then the session ask for
username and password, after the username and password are
authenticated the screen turns gray and nothing else happen. With
that same computer the user can close the RDP and open another one to
the same IP and with another user and everything works just fine.

The solution to that user is for the administrator to go in and in the
Terminal Services Manager reset the user that seems on the list but
disconnected, and when the user is connected even though is on the gray
screen the TS Manager shows the user fine.

Any solution to this issue will be appreciated, I have search the
database with no luck.

Thanks,

Geo
