I know T1's have come down in price but they still can be a little expensive for small companies. You may want to try SDSL for $150
a month. You could try it side by side with your current connection
to see if that is any better. Just pay the higher Month-Month fee and
see how it works out. If it works out better, you can then try to justify the added expense to management.

Our remote users are on an ADSL 1.5/384 connection with Watchguard firewalls handling the VPN. ...
