Re: printing issue

Ok, then can you check if the users connecting to the TS server, also have access to all other printers irrespective of the machine the printer is actually connected to ?
Eg:

If machine A has printer P1 and machine B has printer P2,
User 1 connects from machine A to the TS server and user 2 connects from machine B to the TS server
Open Control Panel -> Printers -> Printer 2 -> Security tab on machine B and check if user 1 has access to printer P2.

If yes, then user 1 can see printers installed on machine B on the TS session.
To avoid this, do not give user 1 permission to access the printer P2 on machine B.

Hi,

Administrators and power users can see printers from all other users.
To restrict the redirected printers to be seen by only the specific user,
make those TS user accounts as part of the "Remote Desktop Users" group
instead of "Administrators" group.
