Re: [2003] Why can't app print?

Are the printers redirected and autocreated in their TS session?
How have you configured the driver mapping?

Hi

One of our customers just moved to a 2003 Server-based AD
network, so our application is running on a remote host to which
they connect with Terminal Services.

Here's the problem: They have two network printers in their
office with their ow NIC, ie. the printer physically sit at
their branch office, and the printers have been added to the AD
directory. They can print just with Wordpad or Internet
explorer... but nothing shows up when they try to print from our
application. No error message, nothing.

FWIW, it's a regular VB5 application, and we just use the
Printer.Print function.

Does it ring a bell? Do you have any idea what could possibly
explain this?

Thank you for any tip!
