And there's nothing in the EventLog to help you determine what more
is needed?
Then I'd try FileMon from SysInternals to check which files are
accessed by the user.

Hi,.
I am building a terminal server that is going to run in a
Kiosk-type mode. I am using the group policy "Run only allowed
windows applications". The users should be allowed to open the
regional options from control panel. I have added
intl.cpl to the list of allowed control panel applets. But
adding intl.cpl to the list of allowed windows applications does
not seem to work. I have noticed that rundll32.exe shows up in
task manager when I open the regional options on an unrestricted
test computer. So I added that to the list of allowed windows
applications - still no luck. I have also tried adding
control.exe but that did not allow users to start intl.cpl.
Do you have any ideas?
Thanks a million!
