Are the printers redirected and autocreated in their TS session?
How have you configured the driver mapping?

I don't know. On the server, we added the two network printers in AD
by creating an IP port, and installing the latest drivers from the
manufacturer's web site; On the client side, they show up in the list
of available printers, and within their TS session, customers can
print using Wordpad.

Here's the diagram:

TS client on LAN -> Internet -> Server on remote network -> Print job
-> Internet -> network printer on LAN

Could it be that our application doesn't have the required access
rights to the printer? If that's what it is, doesn't this kind of
thing trigger errors in the Even Viewer?

Thank you.
