Check if drive mapping is enabled on the Terminal Server, in Terminal
Services Configuration - rdp-tcp properties

We have one SBS 2003 Domain Controller on which drive mapping
works well. On logon all local drives are mapped, when on the
other Terminal Server 2003 no drives are mapped. Why not? If I
manually map it with net use, drive is mapped.
