Cannot connect to Terminal Server

We have a strange problem today. One terminal server we cannot connect to it
by Termianl service client, but can connect to its Desktop by Citrix client.
This server is a Windows 2000 Terminal server which works fine for the past
3 years and no upgrade has been done on it recently. And we have reboot the
server this morning trying to fix this with no luck. Any suggestion, please.
