System Error (1003) - 0x000000CB

I would like some help please into finding out what is making one of our
Terminal Servers randomly reboot itself without warning, having debugged the
memory dumps I find that the faulting application is Outlook.exe but we had
another reboot occur today and I find that this is related to afd.sys,
wondered if anybody could shed some light on the subject as we have two
terminal servers in a cluster both of them using identical hardware and
software.
