We have a lot of people who dial in from home. We use Symantec here
on our TS, but I'm assuming people need to have protection at home
too since they're connecting to the TS remotely?? I realize this is
a simple question, but I want to make sure. Thank you.

They should have it at home, yes. Because everyone outside of Mac users
should!

That said, tho, are they using RAS? VPN? When they connect via TS they are
not really connecting their home computer/network to yours - they're opening
a 'window' to see the TS session. If you have an unfiltered VPN tunnel open
to your network from their non-company-managed computers, that could be a
bad thing (and I suppose there might be some risk if you allowed local drive
redirection - but even that seems doubtful to me).
