Win2003 R2 with SP1 terminal server crash and restart

Hi,

We are recently using the win2k3 R2 with SP1 terminal server. However, we had faced that the server will suddenly crashed and restart every day. We had double checked the event viewer and found the following KB error and applied the patch but still face the same things????

Also, we had try simulate the issue and found that once we disconnected the user active terminal session and then reset it, the server will cause the blue dump and restart but not sure it is the root cause...

So, can anyone help for this kind of issue?
