I think that you received this hotfix:

910362 - Error message when you log off from a Terminal Services
session on a Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1-based Terminal
Server: "Stop 0x000000AB SESSION_HAS_VALID_POOL_ON_EXIT"
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=910362

But have you also applied this one?

918673 - You receive a "Stop 0x000000ab" error message when a
Terminal Services client computer logs off from a Terminal Services
session on a Windows Server 2003 SP1-based Terminal Services
computer

Anyone know when Microsoft is deeming it worth their time to
release a patch to fix this problem?

I've contacted them a while ago and received and installed a
patch that was supposed to fix this problem, I disabled Asian
Language support, I removed the option for users to log off (I
did the last two changes based on material I read on various
websites) and still the system is crashing 3 times in 3 days -
yesterday at noon and today at 2:30 PM. I have 40 users who RDP
in and use the server resources and store their files there. I'm
starting to think that Microsoft meant it as a joke that people
could RDP in and do their work.

I'm not a swearing man but I'm getting to the point every time
I, and 39 users (who are asking me why it's crashing all the
time) have to wait 20 minutes for the system to reboot, creating
a system dump.

Sorry this post is a bit of "Is somebody in Microsoft listening
to anyone or are they still hiding behind the 'If you want to
talk to us then pay us money' shield"; not-for-profit
organizations don't have that disposable income. But I am
interested in knowing if there is any additional information out
there than "This problem has been fixed in a future release of
Vista for sometime in the future"
.
