Which one (Citrix or Microsoft) of hotfix do you recommend?
I have tried to install XE104W2KR01 on my Citrix MetaFrame Xpa 1.0 (FR3 +
SP3) for Win2k (Sp4 applied), whereas, the installation failed because of
following error
" The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service
because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may
update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be
upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch."

I have a Citrix MetaFrame Xpa 1.0 (FR3 + SP3) for Win2k (Sp4
applied). I have found that the Internet Explorer cannot start
over Citrix ICA session after the Update Rollup 1 for Win2k Sp4
is applied to that server.
The Internet Explorer CAN be started at the server console, but
it cannot start when I connect to that Citrix server via ICA
Connection. If the Updaet Rollup 1 for Win2k SP4 is uninstalled,
then the IE can resume normal.
Following error is logged in the APPLICATION LOG of the server:
