Oops, my bad. misread the OP. Sorry about that. The only real viable way
is to make users power users so they see all session printers but this would
be a huge mistake on your part as it would compromise the security and
STABILITY of your terminal server.
If you need something like this done, this sounds like a job for email not
printing. If they need documents routed around to different people the
email the document. That's a much better solution.

Jeff, are you sure about this?
Matt is asking about printing from within one session to the
redirected printer in *another* session.
Normal users don't even see each others redirected printers, let
alone have print permissions to them. So these users would at least
need to become Printer Operators, I would say.
Matt, in which way would this be practicle? If user A and user B
are in different locations, what use is it to user B to be able to
print to a printer at user A's location?
Can't you install a printer on the TS itself, which any user can
print to, and which is located in the main office?
Or do user A and B want to communicate with each other (by sending
printouts?). If that's what they really want, I would give them a
shared folder.
Maybe if you explain in a bit more detail what you want to achieve,
we can together find the best solution.

Absolutely it's possible but the problem is you need to get the
correct print drivers on the terminal server first. The problem
with that is that many (most?) 3rd party print drivers are not
compatible with terminal services. I would take a look at a 3rd
party print solution such as ThinPrint, Tricerat, and Provision
Networks.

Question:
I would really appreciate any help that I can get on this
issue.
I am running a terminal server at the office and we have
clients out at different job sites. These sites have different
types of printers, but all clients have same OS on pc's if that
matters. I guess my question is .....
Can clients print across sessions?
Here is an example:
User one has a connection to the term server as well as a
LaserJet hooked to him.
User two has a connection to the term server.
User two prints to the laser jet on user ones session is it
possible and how do you set it up?
Thanks in advance,
Matt
