error connecting to Termin Server

I have a Windows Server 2003 running terminal services and once a week
we can't login remotely. The message is below. Usually restart fixes
the problem (however, I schedule a restart of the server every morning
at 6:30am). Any one know why this is happening? Thanks.

VBScript: Remote Desktop Disconnected

The client could not establish a connection to the remote computer. The
most likely causes for this error are: 1) Remote connections might not
be enabled at the remote computer. 2) The maximum number of connections
was exceeded at the remote computer. 3) A network error occured while
estabilishing the connection.
