My guess is your print drivers are causing problems. the fact that you are
using native drivers is typically a bad idea. Many, if not most, 3rd party
print drivers are not compatible with terminal services. Have you
considered remapping many of the drivers to windows cd drivers? Or a 3rd
party print solution like Thinprint, Tricerat, Provision Networks?

Hello, we have a peculiar situation occurring where print jobs from
user A are periodically going to user B's printer. Given that the users
are separate customers and most of which print payroll checks, this is
a BAD situation.
Some background: We are using Win2K3-SP1 and the clients are Windows
based (most likely XP) All our printers are redirected using native
Windows drivers - the printers are ALL on the client end; mostly HP.
We have hundreds of users connecting every day, and this only happens
infrequently, nevertheless, it is a major cause for concern.
Here is what I have noticed after getting a report that this has
occurred: I have noticed that under Printers and Faxes > Server
Properties > Ports tab - that the printer from client A - is using TWO
ports (we will say TS004 and TS006) Now, the printer on TS006 is the
correct printer and matches the session ID of user A. The printer on
TS004, is the correct printer BUT with the WRONG session ID. Again, in
this case, print jobs from user A are showing up on User B's printer.
What I think is happening is,
1) User A (Session ID 1) is getting disconnected from the server - and
subsequently logged off (we have the server log off any user that has
been in a disconnected state for 30 mins.) - *Now, here is what I am
not sure of, even though the user is logged off, and the session ID
relinquished back to the system - his printers remain! - What shows up
under Printers and Faxes > Server Properties > Ports tab - is his
printer, the Port number, but the Description says "Inactive TS Port"
2) User B logs on the same server, and gets Session ID 1.
3) User A logs back onto this server and get a separate session ID.
4) User A tries to print, and for some reason, the print job somehow
goes to User B's printer...
--- Can someone please help shed some light on how I might be able to
fix this?? Any help whatever is VERY welcome.
Thanks!!!
