Did you put the server in install mode before installing the
program?
With change user /install?
Have you contacted the vendor of the application to see if they
support Terminal Services at all?
To check if it is a permission problem, I would download FileMon
and RegMon from http://www.sysinternals.com/. Run them as
administrator (when no user is connected), start a TS session as a
normal user and try to run the application.
FileMon and RegMon will show you all "access denied" errors that
occur, so that you can give your users the necessary permissions on
a file-to file or Registry subkey basis.

Windows Server 2003 w/ Terminal Services.
I have an app that installs with no problem, and works from the
console for both "admins" and " domain users". When I try to use
the same app via RDP session, it works for "admins" but I get
the following error when I try to use it as a "domain user":
Failed to load resources, Error: Automation error
Invalid access to memory location.
Does this look like a showstopper? I have already tried the
obvious; flush "modify" permissions through the program
directory and the HKLM -> software area. What else can I try?
