missing user profile on logon

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Some days ago I crated several user accounts on TS and everything worked
fine.
Today i get a message saying: "Windows cannot load the locally stored
profile. Possible cause of this
error include insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile..."
I dont think the file is corrupted, so what could be wrong?
