Hide splash screens and system messages for TS users

When a user logon to a Win2k TS-server there are several programs
starting, for example the antivirus program, the communication program
with the UPS and similar things. Many of theese programs present a
splash screen for the user before the minimize themselves "beside the
clock".
An other case is then Windows Update has done an update and gives a
message box about the need to reboot. By default all our TS-users can
see this box but of course the do not have permission to click the
restart button.
I simply want a way to hide all theese kind of messages for my users. I
am sure this is a well known problem for you guys out there.
