Hi,
Any other programs experienced the same problem?
It appears to be an error message reported by the tax software, not Windows.
Best regards,
Vincent Xu

Hi,
So far I don't find any settings to ask you to run or close when you
rights.to a Terminal Session.
We have three ways to configure the auto run program:
1. Administrative Tools-> Terminal Server Configuration
2. Group Policy -> Computer Configuration
3. Group Policy -> User Configuration
Please check which ways are you using (or both, or all in use)
Also, if possible, please send me a screen shot to let me know the exact
error message. Please attach the screen shot in your reply.
Thanks.
Best regards,
Vincent Xu
