You can use the attached group policy template file for
this.
You need to add it to your GPO, and uncheck "only
show policy settings that can be fully managed"
under view-->filtering if you haven't already.
Disable:
Show informational notifications for network printers

We are running Terminal Services 2003 and we use roaming profiles.
Every time a user prints to a networked print the message, this
document was sent to the printer, pops up at the bottom of the
screen. I can turn this option off by going to Printers and
Faxes-Print Server Properties-Advanced-Uncheck the Show informational
notifications for network printers. But, I can only do this per
profile. Is there a way to change it on everyone’s profile, maybe
via Group Policy? Thanks
