Try to be nice as other people take time out of their day to help you
without charging you.
Many times it's good to double check everything. have you looked at
firewall logs at all to see if connection attempts are happening? Does
netstat show the port in use on the workstation?

I've checked the event logs on the server and found nothing. I'm not
sure of any other logs to check. Yes, I know for a fact the firewall
is letting connections past based on the fact that people can connect
fine a good majority of the time (and I could connect from my home,
outside the firewall, at the exact same time). Yes, their connectivity
hardware is functioning properly as far as I can tell. They can browse
the internet just fine, and can access our website (not hosted on the
Citrix server). I mentioned all this other than the event logs in my
original post.
Yesterday, the guy having trouble could
ping mail.server.com (response directly from firewall)
telnet mail.server.com 80 (connects to an SBS2000 server)
but could not
telnet mail.server.com 1494 (trying to connect to Citrix server on ICA
port)
telnet mail.server.com 3389 (trying to connect to Citrix server on RDP
port)
The firewall fowards ports 80, 25, 21 to the SBS2000 server and ports
1494, 3389 to the Citrix server.
I've never had anyone have this issue from inside the firewall.
