what edition of 2003? Standard, enterprise, or web? Have you tried
reinstalling the server?

Terminal Services will not install and pops up error. Also, just
trying
to
allow a regular RDC connection can't be done because port 3389 is not
active.
Remote desktop connections can only go out, no remote in. Port 3389 is
not
listening on server. I don't see anywhere to make it active. No
firewalls
etc... I can remote out to another server all day, nothing can come
in.
All
the other servers are fine, in and out. This is the only one in domain
that
is missing port 3389 and can't accept connections in.
