I did a set p in the profile that failed, please see below... When i restart
the server all is well for a few users then it starts again. 1508 is an
interesting one, we do allow all users on this server to have full
administration access due to some of the apps.
What would u suggest is the best level of restriction and performance for 15
users. What would i and should i change in the RDP Connection and for the
security groups of people accessing?
I did also ghost the hard disk and place in an identical piece of server
hardware (HP ProLiant) and have the exact same issues.

OK, thanks for getting back here..
Event 1525 is self-explanatory: you should disable offline caching
on the folder which stores the roaming profiles. You do this on the
file server which shares the folder. Documented here:
287566 - The Cache Option for Offline Files Must Be Disabled on
Roaming User Profile Shares

I haven't seen Event 1515 before, but I don't use local profiles,
except for Administrators. Have you verified the obvious: profile
path and permissions? Can you open a command window within the
session and type "set p" (without the quotes)? This will show you
the actual profile path. Compare it to the settings in your AD
account, or wherever you define the TS profile.
Note: EventID.net lists EventID 1515, source Userenv with the
following description:
"Windows has backed up this user's profile. Windows will
automatically try to use the backed up profile the next time this
user logs on."
And there's one comment from a user:
"My profile was blocked after that event. The folder "My
Documents" disappeared but a backup was created in *.chk files. The
cause appears to be a bad sector on hard disc."
Could this have anything to do with your situation?

Hi Vera,
We are running Windows 2003 Server Std with SPK1, the users do
not have a roaming profile and the ones that do have a TS
Profile which is an alternate path.
We have 6 casual users (remote in from sites etc),

Which OS are you running on the Terminal Server, W2K or 2003?
Which SP?
I assume that you are using roaming profiles? Where are they
stored? Can you manually connect to the shared folder where the
profiles are stored, from withing a TS session?
Are there any Events in the EventLog on the Terminal Server?
Can you post the EventID and Source?
