Does it work when you use the shadow command instead?

Yes, I understand that, but aare you doing that on the console
of
the server? That is not possible, you have to do it from within
a
session to the desktop of the server, and then start TSAdmin.

I'm trying to remote the session from "Terminal services
session Manager"

Start->Programs->Administrative Tools->Terminal Service
Manager
right click on user/session (that is active)

and the error is

Session (ID xx) remote control failed.
(Error 5 - access is denied)

Thanks
