Yes the shadow key would definately overwrite the default user profile
settings.
What questions do you have on the profile wizard?

default profile will be overwritten by the shadow key. the shadow key
always gets applied to new users and thi swould overwrite the default
user. The default user profile is strictly the ground floor. Everything
else builds on it which means its settings get overwritten by everything
else. If you want settings for Office, use the ADM templates from the
resource kit and apply them with that.

Ok, I will have a look at these templates. Have you already worked with
the "ProfileWizard" from the ORK 2003 ?
