Copy and paste trought terminal

Good afternoon, how can my clients copy from their workstation and paste
into a terminal server opened session?

Acctualy I have a ftp server, the clients acess this server at their
workstation, copy and paste the files in the ftp, then they log on to
terminal server, and at the terminal server session open the same ftp, copy
and paste the files to themselves.
