Default permissions of redirected printers?

Hi,

In Windows 2000 Server, the default permissions on redirected client
printers included the "Manage Printers" right for the connecting user.
But now in Windows 2003, this permission isn't set anymore. Also, if I
change it manually, it doesn't get set on the next login. Is there a
way to change/specify the default permissions for redirected printers,
maybe even with a GPO?

thanks,
Markus
