Problem with access COM1

Hi, i trying to send data to specific device conected to COM1 in client, the
connection works OK (verified with another serial device) but this especific
device have a ocx and DLL that access to port, i think that is the problem.
I conect to server with remote desktop, run program but this no say any
error, stay and don´t continue.
I listen opinions to try.
