The 4200 is on that list of supported printers. That isn't helping us one
little bit in getting this resolved.
HP says the current version (not just the one in that document) of the
driver is supported, yet basically won't jump in and work the problem. And
they won't give us a copy of the version listed in that document. They told
us to go to the 4100 driver instead.
