Remote control a disconnected session

I am running Terminal Service V5.2 and am sure I am not unique in my
observation. When running TS Manager one can remote control (mirror) an open
session without having to input the users password, however if a session is
"disconnected" ie as a result of a power failure, you are not able to log
into that session and close it without the users password and if you "reset"
ther is the possibility of corrupting data. Is there a way to open and log
into a disconnected session without the users password?
