Load weight - for 4 Server

Hello,

I have 4 Terminal Servers in NLB:
2 Servers - Dell 2600 Duall Xeon 4GB ram
1 Server - Dell 2600 Duall Xeon 1,5GB Ram
1 Server - IBM Dual PIII 4GB ram

What's the best configuration "load weight" for this environment?
