You are logging into the terminal server with VNC and pcanywhere?

Are there any errors in the event logs? Have you run filemon/regmon from
http://www.sysinternals.com to see if it's a permissions issue? does the
vendor support the application on terminal services? Have you contacted the
vendor? Have you tried running the program from the server console?
