Access 2000 on Terminal Server

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have deployed Office 2000 on Terminal Server (NT4 with SP6). I used the
MST transform as described on the Microsoft Website but when any of the
users including the Administrator attempt to use Access it asks for a user
name and password....even to create a new database. How can I disable this
or is there a default username or password to logon......please
Help....anyone !!!
