moving profiles

hi

have seen lots of info about moving profiles/users from
win98 to win2003 TS,
but I was interestd in moving users from one TS2003 system
to another new server still running TS2003 in same AD.

should I just use backup / restore to move them to the new
server ?

any tools that would do this ?
