mapping drive letter to local user's home directory

Hello all.

I am looking for a way to map a drive letter to a user's home folder.
The home folder is not a network share.

There are 40 users that log into the Windows 2003 Terminal Server, and
I want the H:\ to be THEIR C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\

User1: C:\Documents and Settings\User1\ --> H:\
User2: C:\Documents and Settings\User2\ --> H:\
User3: C:\Documents and Settings\User3\ --> H:\

I currently use a login script to map other network drives, but I
couldn't use the NET USE command to map a local directory to a drive
letter.

Any help/ideas are welcome.
