I don't think that this is possible.
Copying a file requires only read permission on the original file
and "Create file" permissions somewhere else (like on a floppy or
USB drive).
If you don't trust your programmers, are you sure that you want
them to write code for you? I'm sure that they can do much more
harm to you than copying your source code, if they really want to.
