Enhanced Securitysettings @ IE- Uninistall only partly works

Hi NG

I´ve got a problem regarding the Enhanced Security Settings @ IE. I have
uninstalled it but it works only for the administrators.

All other users have ALL TIME the Pop Up Windows when IE ist started and are
limited in browsing.

I also tried the following Command, which some one telled me (he had the
same problem) but it doesn´t work.

rundll32.exe setupapi.dll,InstallHinfSection IESoftenUser 128
%windir%\inf\IEHARDEN.INF

Environment is: Windows 2003 Server Enterp. SP1 and Citirix MPS 3.0

Any Ideas?
