Hi Tom,
I have the same error msg and have not had any luck getting a fix.
Have you had any luck with this since your post?
Mine is a little different in that if I use 'Add/Remove programs' it works
fine,
but i still get the error from the command prompt.
Can find nothing on the web or newsgroups about this.
