Cannot get profile redirection to work

Hello!

We have a 2003 domain with a 2000 TS member server in it. I am trying to set
up redirection of user profiles to a shared "TSProfiles" folder on a second
drive in the TS. In AD Users and Computers, I have set several users'
"Terminal Server Profiles" to point to \\TS01\TSProfiles\%username% and it
does create the profile folder, but when I look at it as a Domain Admin, it
pops up and says Access Denied.

The TSProfiles folder has full control NTFS permissions for the Everyone
group, as well as full control share permissions. When the users' folders
get created under the TSProfiles folder, the Domain Admin is unable to
access those folders. Is this behavior normal? I would expect the Domain
Admin to have full control of all folders under the TSProfiles folder.

Also, how can I stop the creation of the Internet Connection Wizard for
every new user?
