Redirected printers not disappearing

Hello-

First, probably a very easy question, but one that I have not been able to
find an answer to. Most of our users disconnect instead of logging off, as
an administrator I'd like to connect to their session without it prompting
me for their password.. Is there a way to configure this?

Second, I have a terminal server with 75 users and redirected printing. The
problem is that the redirected printers are not properly disappearing when a
new session is established.. This seems to only be the case for a user's non
local printers. For example we will end up with:

HP Laserjet 2100 on Vsnider (from BPUGA) in session 22
HP Laserjet 2100 on Vsnider (from BPUGA) in session 34
HP Laserjet 2100 on Vsnider (from BPUGA) in session 5
HP Laserjet 2100 on Vsnider (from BPUGA) in session 54

...in the printers folder, and if the user picks the wrong printer then of
course it will go nowhere. I have looked around for fixes on MS's site and
the only thing I have found are references to Win2000 issues and hotfixes
which seemingly correct the issue and are not applicable to Win2003.

Thanks,
Rob
