Check the event log - security to see if all the logons correspond with the
times you logged on.
Also change your password often (make it very secure with many characters --
at least ten -- including numbers and symbols.) I recommend using a
passphrase such as a sentence that you can easily remember and misspell some
of the words, add a few #$)+*%'s in there.
