No, you don't need to buy Terminal Services CALs, and you should
absolutely not install Terminal Services.
Just enable Remote Desktop for Administration, in System -
properties - Remote, just like on XP. Add the Administrator in
Africa to the list of Remote Desktop Users, and that's it.
This will give you a total of 3 concurrent administrative sessions
to the server (2 normal sessions, and 1 to the console, with "mstsc
/console").
